New Art entitled Swan by Jness Art... It was done using a Medium Paper Mate Flair black felt tip pen. India ink is the most recognized inking tool, but the Paper Mate Flair was my first inking weapon of choice so quite often I go back to using it. I can accomplish a nice range of line weights.
