In an effort to generate more content, I have decided to produce a series of (unrelated) color sketches. As influence comes to me I will create. This technique doesn't replace my more finished work, it's just an addition.
This piece is a full figured biker, this is a draft for a client who hired me to create a t-shirt design. The job is still pending, but I thought it would make a nice post. They will get better as I continue to produce them.
Thank you for looking.

IF: WARNING by JNESS
It's finally Done!!! This Illustration Friday word was "WARNING" it prompted a tribute to the genre of books and movies I love to watch and read... post apocalyptic fiction… A different edgy twist from what I normally do, but visitation to the regions outside of ones' box is healthy exercise. It's a work in progress, this post shows all three stages, the sketch, inked version and the color final. Comments are welcomed.

JNESS ART on Exhibit
I am very excited about my version of Captain America, Flash and Plus Size Wonder Woman featured at the
SHE'S GOT THE RIGHT STUFF Favorites from the Comics Medium: 4th Annual Exhibit (read more)

Jean “JNESS” Nerestant
This piece is a superhero mash-up that is “untitled” it features a mustached almost bearded Captain America, the Flash, and a plus-sized Wonder Woman. As far as women in comic books are concerned, I consider her the first lady and the pioneer. Here she is featured in a Greco-Roman uniform (minus the helmet) Her character is that of the warrior, dedicated and focused on the battle ahead.
I wanted the treatment on the men to look like chipped stone, in order to contrast Wonder Woman’s soft line treatment.
The characters in this tribute are copy written as follows:
Flash and Wonder Woman – DC Comics ©
Captain America – Marvel Comics Group ©
